Responsibilities

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Drive front line recruitment across all properties — drafting ads, screening candidates, and working closely with General Managers to find the perfect fit.
  • Own the onboarding experience — from contracts to compliance, you’ll make sure every new team member is set up for success.
  • Keep our HR wheels turning — maintain employee records, assist with reporting, and keep processes aligned and up to date.
  • Be the go-to person for immigration compliance, policy guidance, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent our People & Culture team with professionalism, care, and a passion for exceptional service.
