JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a proactive and well-organized HR Coordinator (Female) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and coordinate recruitment and administrative tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets)
  • Must be based in Dubai or able to relocate immediately
  • English is mandatory
Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Handle internal communication with staff and clients via email, calls, and WhatsApp
  • Assist in updating social media/job portals with vacancy announcements
  • Coordinate with candidates and clients for interviews and follow-ups
