Description Job Description Summary: The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in strengthening Block Imaging’s people experience. This position supports recruiting efforts, vendor credentialing, and job documentation—helping ensure we attract and support the right talent while maintaining trusted partnerships with our vendors. As a trusted steward of sensitive information, the HR Coordinator brings accuracy, consistency, and care to every detail. This role offers opportunities to grow in HR knowledge and practice, while making a meaningful impact on candidates, team members, and the overall success of the company. Essential Functions & Job Duties: Conduct reference checks and provide administrative support for recruiting processes. Assist with posting/sharing priority roles on LinkedIn. Collaborate with business partner and hiring managers on a myriad of tasks. Manage vendor credentialing processes by collecting, reviewing, and maintaining required documentation to ensure compliance with industry and company requirements. Take and distribute notes during HR and company meetings, ensuring accurate records of action items and follow-up tasks. Collaborate on HR projects, contributing to department goals and company-wide initiatives. Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and communications as needed. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Requirements Role Competencies: Strong organizational skills with the ability to set goals, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Experience: 1–2 years of HR or administrative support experience strongly preferred.
