As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department by managing various administrative tasks and assisting with HR-related processes. Maintain employee files and data with accuracy and confidentiality Manage day-to-day HR administration, self-service tools and attendance reviews. Create and update dashboards to generate reports for your site management Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documents Support the HR team with performance management processes and employee relations Assist with organizing company events and employee engagement activities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Qualifications Required Qualifications: Associate's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of HR or related administrative experience 2+ years of experience in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Understanding of employment laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Designs and develops critical employee dashboards, aligned with business requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Effective time management and multi-tasking skills Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
