Description:

An exciting HR Coordinator opportunity has arisen at BrisDoc which is
an employee-owned social enterprise delivering NHS services across
Bristol, North Somerset, and South Glos.
As a vital part of our People Team, you will play a key role in supporting
our colleagues and ensuring the effective functioning of our HR
operations.
The role will cover all aspects of HR with the opportunity to develop and
grow your professional skills and knowledge in a supportive team and
organisation.
You don’t need NHS nor clinical experience for this role but should have
highly developed organisational and time management skills as well as
excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You are someone who is highly motivated and will show initiative and a
willingness to learn in order to excel in your role, providing a
comprehensive and effective HR service to our colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on HR-related matters.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience

    Desirable Criteria
    HR Experience: Previous experience in HR administration or a related field would be advantageous but not essential.
    Knowledge of Employment Law : Basic understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
    Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
