Description Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience Location: Englewood, CO In-Office, Full-Time, Monday-Friday Benefits Summary: Medical, dental, vision, and 401K Health Savings Account (HSA) Matching 401k Paid Time Off (PTO) Position Summary On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company”), the Human Resources Coordinator will assist in the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department for the company. Essential Functions Employees must have regular attendance/punctuality, high attention to detail, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company and conduct oneself with highest ethics and integrity. Other assigned duties include: • Audits and processes new hire onboarding packets to get the new hires into the HRIS. • Ensures all new hire employment files are 100% accurate and all documents have the correct naming convention. • Create new employee files in SharePoint for State Audits, again with 100% accuracy. • Process employee status change requests and upload documents in the HRIS system. • Keeps employee files in the HRIS and SharePoint systems up to date and perform internal audits weekly. • Support Corp Benefits and Compliance Specialist in Open Enrollment and State Audits. • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and review policies and practices to maintain compliance. • Ensure timely support and resolution of HR-related inquiries submitted through the ticketing system. • Answers HR phone line and emails to assist employees with system access, questions, issues, etc. • Monitors incoming mail/faxes and distribute documents accordingly. • Process termination packets per action requests in HRIS and send end of employment letter along with state specific document requirements to exiting employee. • Process human resources department and administrative office related requests as needed. • Support training for HR Admin Assistants, Onboarding and General HR functions. • Maintains exceptional service and response time for both internal and external customers. • Other duties as assigned by the Director of HR or VP of HR. Requirements Education/Experience Required: At least two (2) years of human resources and administrative support experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Human Resources experience within home healthcare / health care industry experience preferred.
