Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining an organized applicant tracking system.
  • Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records accurately in HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate employee training programs by scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and HR policies, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Support performance management processes by assisting in the preparation of performance review materials and tracking completion rates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to analyze trends and make informed recommendations to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to demonstrate foundational knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, showcasing a solid understanding of HR practices and processes.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus, indicating commitment to the field and ongoing professional development.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems to streamline HR operations and enhance data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English; additional language proficiency is an advantage in diverse workplaces.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to manage data and create presentations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, demonstrating integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization and facilitate teamwork.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, ready to take on new challenges as the HR landscape evolves
