Hays has partnered with an organisation seeking a Recruitment / HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support key people initiatives across the business.


Your new role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes across professional, technical and operational positions while providing broader HR support.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions
  • Partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategies
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Coordinating interviews, reference checks and pre-employment screening
  • Preparing employment offers and managing candidate communications
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future workforce needs
  • Facilitating onboarding and induction activities
  • Maintaining HR records and employee data
  • Supporting employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, transfers and offboarding
  • Assisting with HR systems, reporting and process improvement initiatives
  • Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting training administration and employee engagement activities


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources
  • Proven capability managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Exposure to broader HR generalist functions will be highly regarded
