Coordinates and schedules phone and in-office interviews for candidates across the Firm Prepares interview packets for interviewers and candidates. Manages the background check process. Assists recruiters with candidate sourcing needs. Generates recruitment-related reports. Assists with preparation for recruitment-related events. Handles internal meeting planning needs. Prepares invoices for Human Resources team. Assist with payroll and other operational activities Organize various engagement and welfare events for location employees Felicitation of R & R programs for recognizing & rewarding performance at location level Possess a high level of commitment to detail and customer service. Basic knowledge of employment law and recruitment practices. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages. Performs other administrative support duties as requested. Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
