Position Details:
The Employee Engagement Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the overall employee experience through onboarding, engagement initiatives, and support at Bayshore HealthCare. This position ensures that new employees have a smooth onboarding process, are integrated into the organization effectively, and receive continuous engagement touchpoints. This role manages all employee engagement activities at the branch.

Create and distribute monthly newsletter for employees, including information such as policy changes/reminders, employee achievements, and
upcoming events.
Other HR duties as required.
