Responsibilities
  • Act as the principle point of contact for both internal and external HR enquiries, efficiently directing them to the appropriate HRBP/Payroll personnel when necessary.
  • Manage the employee benefits platform, ensuring prompt distribution of communications to all employees and regular updates regarding new hires and modifications.
  • Supervise central Group initiatives led by HR, ensuring its smooth operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and timely processing.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the broader HRBP team within the HR system, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established processes.
  • Process charity applications, effectively communicating fundraising activities to the entire organisation.
  • Develop engagement activities in accordance with the agreed annual engagement calendar, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate meetings as requested by Head of HR, Recruitment & Senior HRBP
  • Provide weekly updates to the Head of HR, Senior HRBP’s and wider HR team on various metrics including exit interview feedback and new joiner survey results.
  • Facilitate processes, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support company-wide engagement initiatives such as the long service awards, promoting employee recognition and morale.
  • Manage contract variations/leavers processes and generate comprehensive weekly leavers reports, ensuring smooth transitions and information flow between all relevant departments.
  • Perform other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties, this could include other projects or activities as requested by the HR/Recruitment management team.
