Description Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid – Weekly travel to Georgia facilities within driving distance of Atlanta) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Coordinator to support the daily operations of our HR department. This hybrid position is based in Atlanta, with weekly travel to Georgia facilities within driving distance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal laws. Support employee relations activities, including investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions. Coordinate performance reviews, training sessions, and professional development initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.) and company policies. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related questions and provide guidance to employees and managers. Assist with HR audits, process improvements, and policy updates. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience preferred. Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred. Working knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel weekly to company facilities across Georgia within driving distance of Atlanta.
