HR Coordinator - Full Time (Monday - Friday) Position Summary:   * This position reports to the Manager of Human Resources.  * The HR Coordinator manages the HR front desk and phones according to departmental protocol. .  * Responds to employee and manager questions related to HR policies, procedures and processes.  * Performs daily departmental data entry, filing and special project support. * Performs all functions of New Hire Onboarding Education: * High School diploma or equivalent required * HR Certification or equivalent Human Resources Experience. Experience: * 2 years of HR experience desired  * Experience working with software such as Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.  * Solid understanding of HR rules and regulations.  * Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Licenses and/or Certifications: * PHR Certification Preferred Day Shift 1.0
