HR COORDINATOR / GENERALIST - ELEVATE YOUR CAREER AT DOWNTOWN AUTOGROUP!

Whether you’re ensuring our operations remain compliant or facilitating our onboarding process, you’ll be the administrative engine that keeps our legal and HR operations humming for 10 dealerships and 400+ colleagues. If you’re looking for an opportunity to show you can deliver with precision and ownership, this is the role for you.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Most important qualification: You can get things done. You ensure everything you touch is concluded, leaving no open loops.
  • You’re a self-starter. You can learn on the go.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; able to juggle deadlines across multiple entities.
  • You can work a computer. You’re comfortable with the Google suite of applications and familiar with generative AI.
  • Post-secondary diploma/certificate in Legal Administration, HR or related field preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of Ontario ESA, OHSA, privacy and consumer-protection basics are preferred, but not mandatory.
