Description

WHO WE ARE:

For over 20 years, Global Relay has set the standard in enterprise information archiving with industry-leading cloud archiving, surveillance, eDiscovery, and analytics solutions. We securely capture and preserve the communications data of the world’s most highly regulated firms, giving them greater visibility and control over their information and ensuring compliance with stringent regulations.
Though we offer competitive compensation and benefits and all the other perks one would expect from an established company, we are not your typical technology company. Global Relay is a career-building company. A place for big ideas. New challenges. Groundbreaking innovation. It’s a place where you can genuinely make an impact – and be recognized for it.
We believe great businesses thrive on diversity, inclusion, and the contributions of all employees. To that end, we recruit candidates from different backgrounds and foster a work environment that encourages employees to collaborate and learn from each other, completely free of barriers.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric individual to join our HR team. Our fast-paced SaaS company is experiencing continuous growth, and as a HR Coordinator you will play an impactful role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment efforts as well as the daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) team from our state-of-the-art New York Executive Briefing Center, located in the heart of Midtown.
This will not be your first role in HR, and you are looking for the next big break that will help you grow in recruitment and other parts of HR. You will get the opportunity to deliver positive employee experiences while embodying Global Relay’s brand and culture. Your primary responsibility will be to provide seamless support throughout different stages of the employee lifecycle. You will be an integral part of a close-knit and dedicated global team that is essential to the growth and success of our organization. As a team player, you are enthusiastic about learning and making valuable contributions to help further our success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and manage the interview request queue to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for all candidates, minimizing delays
  • Maintain and monitor the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, identifying bottlenecks, and conducting regular audits to prevent candidates from falling through the cracks
  • Ensure consistent adoption of recruitment processes across the organization while responding professionally to inquiries about procedures and policies
  • Represent Global Relay in a professional manner when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct candidate phone screens, initial interviews, and reference checks to evaluate qualifications and fit in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with managers to develop compelling and articulate job postings that accurately reflect role requirements and attract top-tier candidates
  • Assist in organizing and attending recruitment-related events such as company open houses, industry networking events, information sessions, and career fairs
  • Maintain and administer the internal employee referral program and other initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
  • Manage the complete hiring process from offer facilitation and salary negotiations through new hire orientation, training coordination, and documentation verification
  • Process and maintain benefits records and prepare documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage
  • Collaborate with HR team members to draft immigration documents, and ensure accurate information is maintained in our HRIS
  • Track and schedule employee performance reviews
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing and minute-taking, and assist with other HR projects as they arise
