Job Description GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for an HR Coordinator to perform day-to-day operations of the Human resources department. One of the main functions is to support the employees on daily HR issues when needed. Duties & Responsibilities: Update and maintain all employment records—both digital and physical—including attendance, hiring, termination, transfers, promotions, and all types of leaves. Monitor and update employee attendance on the HRMS daily to ensure full compliance with company policies. Control and follow up on employees’ leaves (sick, annual, bereavement, business) in coordination with relevant stakeholders (HODs, company physician) to keep records accurate and updated. Coordinate with insurance providers regarding all employee-related matters, including medical and life insurance. Process monthly mobile and internet allowances. Handle employees’ day-to-day requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all required documentation is complete and properly archived. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee social activities, events, and engagement initiatives. Participate and assist in Job Fairs and employer-branding activities. Coordinate all training logistics, including schedules, attendance, materials, and post-training documentation. Process overtime submissions and ensure accurate documentation and approvals. Prepare employee attestations and employment-related letters as needed. Handle reimbursement requests by verifying documentation and ensuring timely processing. Qualifications BS in Business Management, HR, Psychology or any related fields 2-5 years of HR experience Computer literate with good MS Office skills Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organization and externally Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, French is an asset Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
