Responsibilities

AS A HR COORDINATOR, YOU’LL BE A KEY PART OF OUR ASKHR TEAM, WHERE YOU’LL RECEIVE FULL TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO HELP YOU SUCCEED. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Triaging calls and emails, aiming to resolve a wide range of colleague queries - from annual leave and sickness to pay, performance management, and compliance
  • Providing helpful and professional advice to colleagues, using your training and on-the-job experience
  • Delivering a high standard of service to stakeholders across the organisation, including members of the Senior Leadership Team
  • Supporting key HR processes such as payroll administration, compliance monitoring (in line with CQC standards), and contributing to TUPE processes
