We are seeking a talented and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Coordinator, specializing in Health, Safety, and Workplace Programs. In this role, you will coordinate and administer key workplace health, safety, and employee support programs across the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, you’ll play an important role in ensuring processes are well-managed, compliant, and consistently executed. This position provides coordination and operational support across areas such as occupational health and safety, workers’ compensation, employee leaves, workplace accommodations, ergonomics, and training. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, managers, employees, and external stakeholders to keep programs running smoothly and aligned with legislative and organizational requirements. While this role does not provide legal interpretation or employee relations decision-making, it is critical in ensuring documentation, systems, approvals, and tracking mechanisms are accurate, up-to-date, and effective.
