What you'll be doing As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring our people processes run smoothly. From recruitment coordination and onboarding, to HR systems, employee relations administration, payroll support and wellbeing initiatives - no two days will be the same. What you'll bring A proactive, curious mindset and genuine passion for employee experience 2+ years experience in HR administration Strong relationship-building, communication and organisational skills High attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism Knowledge of NZ employment and H&S legislation Experience with HRIS, payroll and recruitment platforms Full working rights within New Zealand, with no restrictions What you can expect from us We give our people everything they need to succeed.
