Since 2019 we have built a portfolio of fantastic SMEs who we provide HR Support to in person, via phone and online across East Yorkshire, North and North East Lincolnshire from our two sites in Hessle, HU13 and Kirmington, DN39.

  • Experience in employee relations, including D&G, absence management, performance management, recruitment, onboarding and contract and policy review
  • General knowledge of UK employment laws

    We can offer 24-32 hours per week, start and finish times flexible, Monday to Friday.
    Location – Office based at our Kirmington location, with some home working after successful probation

Package

  • Salary dependent on experience, range from 28k to 30k FTE

Responsibilities

To provide first-line HR support via telephone and email to our SME clients and support the wider HR and Resourcing teams with project work. To build trusted business partnerships with our clients, while providing relevant, pragmatic, and commercially sound HR support. You will confidently guide and advise our clients to resolve matters as quickly and positively as possible. This is truly a varied role; no day is the same and we are looking for a HR Generalist with the ability to build business relationships quickly.
