POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This position is responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with policy implementation and compliance. The HR Coordinator acts as a central point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related matters.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a coordinator or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and employment standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
