HR COORDINATOR

Reporting to: HRBP
Location: Wilton - Teesside

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
· Accuracy and attention to detail

· Good organisation and time managements skills
· Ability to manage own workload

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE

To provide administrative support and efficiency to the HR team.

OTHER DUTIES:

· Assist with payroll processes where required.
· Administer benefits programs if required.
· Support performance management processes.
· Coordinate meetings and training sessions.
· Prepare reports on HR department activities.
· Creating documents i.e. job descriptions, spreadsheets, databases or PowerPoint slides
· Assist with HR Projects
