This role is vital in supporting our human resources functions, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, informed, and supported in their professional journeys. As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating various HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and maintaining employee records. Your role will also involve serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and benefits while aiding in the development and execution of training programs. Key Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Conduct new hire orientations and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for new employees. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and update HR databases. Support the organization of training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Respond to employee inquiries, providing information regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related requests. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
