The HR Coordinator/Administrator at our West Union manufacturing facility provides agile, customer‑centric support across core HR functions including recruiting operations, onboarding, employee data management, and HR process coordination. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR partners, hiring teams, and employees to ensure an authentic, seamless experience—while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability, and innovation in day‑to‑day HR administration. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver customer‑centric HR support by responding to employee and manager inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions‑focused mindset. Coordinate recruiting operations such as interview scheduling, candidate communications, background checks, and new‑hire onboarding activities. Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation with strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance and data integrity. Partner collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to enable smooth end‑to‑end hiring workflows. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards that help drive accountable, data‑informed decision‑making. Support benefits enrollment, PTO tracking, and policy administration, escalating issues appropriately. Assist with organizing training sessions, engagement events, and other HR initiatives that foster an innovative and high‑performance culture. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and adopt more agile, technology‑enabled approaches. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and authenticity at all times. Work hours may be adjusted as needed to support off-shift coverage, onboarding, and other facility events. Required Skills & Experience Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or related HR support roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, agile environment. Excellent communication skills with a customer‑centric approach to service and stakeholder support. Proficiency with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/365 tools. Demonstrated accountability and attention to detail in handling data, documentation, and process workflows. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams while maintaining an authentic and professional presence. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience within a technology, utilities, or energy‑sector organization. Familiarity with modern HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.). Exposure to process improvement, automation, or HR operations optimization initiatives. Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices. Interest in innovative HR solutions, tools, and industry trends.
