Since 2002, we’ve grown from serving 125 students to providing over 11,000 nourishing meals every weekday across 68 schools in Kent, Muskegon, Ottawa, and Allegan counties. But we’re more than meals. Position Summary The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience across the full lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding to ongoing support. Additionally, this role supports a broad range of human resources functions such as benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS administration. The HR Coordinator partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and teams across the organization to deliver thoughtful, responsive, and mission-aligned HR services.
