Description
1. Internal Communications Support the preparation and dissemination of HR announcements and updates. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication across the organization. Maintain and update content on HR SharePoint sites. Ensure information is current, relevant, and accessible to employees. Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of periodic reports to relevant stakeholders Support audits and data validation exercises. Manage the end-to-end process of purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Coordinate the procurement and distribution of New Hire Gifts and Employee Gifts. Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience handling HR administrative activities (specifically with experience managing HR contracts and corresponding invoice handling). Fluent in written, spoken, and understanding Korean language Fluent in written, spoken and understanding Traditional Chinese language Fluent in written, spoken and understanding English language Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Is a team player with good communication and interpersonal relations skill Good time management, Able to organize and manage multiple deadlines, Able to work independently Able to maintain confidentiality Our commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
