Labor Solution is seeking detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR and administrative functions, including executive and client visit planning, onboarding, compliance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of HR administrative support experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Quick learner with proficiency in new systems and software
  • Flexible to work nights and weekends as needed to support HR operations
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in 3PL, logistics, or distribution environments
  • Familiarity with UKG and Kronos systems
  • Prior administrative support experience for senior leadership
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for client and executive visits, including meeting space setup, prep activities, and catering
  • Facilitate onboarding communications and lead New Hire Orientation sessions
  • Support HR operations through daily administrative tasks including data entry and reporting in Kronos and UKG
  • Maintain accurate employee records (digital and paper-based)
  • Track compliance documents such as I-9s, policy acknowledgments, and training completions
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Manage onboarding and office supply inventory; order supplies as needed
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Draft and distribute HR communications including welcome messages, reminders, and notices
  • Assist with internal HR audits and generate HR-related reports
  • Create new hire badges and help manage site access procedures
