EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE

  • Support general HR/ER queries and provide guidance, support, documentation and information to managers and employees.
  • Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help coordinate training and development logistics

RECRUITMENT SUPPORT

  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting open roles on our ATS (Cezanne HR)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies and ensure process compliance (PSL, CV tracking, etc.)
  • Support candidate screening and application tracking
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive experience throughout the process
  • Assist with work permit applicationsSupport recruitment fairs
