About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who is committed to providing effective professional service and being part of a networked HR team in a growing business. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role is ideal for someone eager to grow and expand their HR career. With a diverse range of responsibilities, you will be involved in various Human Resources activities, gaining exposure to different facets of the HR function.

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job adverts, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating checks (medical, police, references).
  • Create and maintain talent pool
  • Support onboarding process for new employees, including conducting HR inductions
  • Produce and maintain HR related documents and reports
  • Maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate data management and timely updates.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and procedure
  • Work with the broader team and contribute to the development and implementation HR initiatives, policies and practices
