JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
