HR ASSISTANT FOR UAE

A leading outsourcing company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Assistant to join immediately.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 2-year experience as HR Assistant, administrator, or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor in HR or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling on HR policies, procedures, and workflow to workers.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans of new arrived employees.
  • Provide induction to onboarding employees on company policies and site work.
  • Passport, Visa & Emirates ID administration
  • Maintain employee records in line with HR requirements and standards.
  • Daily data entry in ERP, to generate flawless payroll, pay slip generation, etc.
  • Deliver necessary office administration work.
  • Interact with employees on various subjects to solve employee concerns and issues.
  • Prepare and submit required HR reports and analysis.
