Dynamix are a dynamic and growing business with a team of 40 dedicated employees. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced HR Coordinator/Manager to join us on a part-time basis and support our people operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Manager role, ideally within a small-to-medium-sized business
  • In-depth knowledge of current HR legislation and employment law
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a trusted advisor to leadership
  • HR qualifications (e.g. CIPD) desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As our HR Coordinator/Manager, you will take ownership of HR operations across the business. This is a hands-on role that involves managing employee relations, policy implementation, compliance, and supporting leadership with strategic HR initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the business
  • Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and oversee HR documentation and reporting
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Advise on and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
