Megacom Media is a leading provider in Digital Signage, Fabrication, and Large Format Printing, operating in Dubai for over 15 years. With 80+ employees and a strong growth trajectory, we’re now looking to strengthen our team with an experienced HR Coordinator to support our evolving operations.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an HR Coordinator who will play a key role in managing and coordinating HR and PRO functions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to building and shaping a modern, people-first HR department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR coordination experience (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems/tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily HR operations including employee onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with PRO services for visa processing, medical insurance, labor card, and other government-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support in implementing HR strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational culture development.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, maintaining employee records, and supporting internal audits.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries.
