OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our innovative business. This position requires strong communication skills, administrative experience, and previous HR experience. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit and collaborate with leaders across the business to help build high performing teams.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources role or related field is essential.
  • Experience managing the entire employee lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to use initiative and work proactively
  • Have a high level of confidentiality
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first line response to all HR queries from employees and managers and escalate where appropriate.
  • Work with department leaders to understand their goals, support with day-to-day people planning, including performance conversations, engagement and employee relations. .
  • Develop, review and manage HR Policies and procedures ensuring they are compliant, relevant and consistently applied
  • Manage and administer the company benefits including, pension, bike2 work, private healthcare and dental benefit schemes. Ensuring they remain competitive and relevant
  • Work with the Business Operations Director and collaborate across the business to create training programmes that meet business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and induction process including the interview, onboarding, right to work checks and administering contractual documents.
  • Support Line Managers on HR activities including absence management, probation reviews, succession planning etc.
  • Advise and propose HR initiatives aimed to improve performance and employee engagement
