Reporting to a Head of HR Resourcing and Inclusion and Diversity Lead, the HR Coordinator will support the implementation of Musgrave Inclusion and Diversity agenda.

Key responsibilities include (not limited to)

  • Organise Inclusion and Diversity events, in line with the annual Engagement plan.
  • Develop marketing and communications assets to promote events and initiatives.
  • Promote and share communications about events across the various internal communications channels and networks to maximise engagement.
  • Create communications content for local newsletters and external communications including video testimonials, recaps of events etc.
  • Support the development and implementation of new ways of working and inclusive practices.
  • Collaborate and support our Employee Resource Groups and Networks to progress and drive key actions and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evauate the impact of I&D initiatives and events using data to inform future planning.
  • Research and provide subject matter expertise on different areas /topics relating to Inclusion and Diversity.
  • Organise and facilitiate focus groups, surveys and / or colleague interviews to gather insights on key topics/areas.
  • Manage relationships with external partnerships and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate requisitions/POs and manage spend tracker.
  • Support other HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • Strong coordination and organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise, work to multiple deadlines with cross functional contacts and deliver high quality results.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels across the business, to get things done.
  • Experience in copywriting and developing tailored communications for internal colleagues and external audiences.
  • Experience using Outlook, MS Teams, MS Forms, Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong initiative and discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with proven resilience and ability to adapt to change.
  • A qualification in Business, HR or Marketing related field or relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in supporting delivery of Inclusion and Diversity initiatives.
