Job Description: Job Type: Hourly Pay: $50,000 annually Schedule: Day Shift Work Location: On-site with some hybrid flexibility Summary: As the HR Coordinator with OKIN Process, you would provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and supports a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Include: Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and documentation Maintain recruitment tracking and hiring metrics Assist with offboarding processes including exit documentation and system access coordination Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, training sessions and employee development Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee queries Assist with payroll data preparation and verification Coordinate leave management and attendance tracking Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies Support audits, reports, and HR metrics as required Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Requirements Soft Skills: Ability to empathize with others to better address concerns, foster a supportive environment, and build stronger relationships Ability to mediate disputes, address employee concerns, and maintain a positive work environment Ability to maintain accuracy in payroll processing Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems Familiarity with timekeeping and payroll processing Ability to handle sensitive information securely and maintain employee privacy Preferred Qualifications: Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration HR certifications are a plus Benefits: 401(k) matching (4%) On-Demand Pay Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Life Insurance Voluntary Benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee Discount Schedule Flexible Spending Account Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Training This is a fantastic opportunity to join our company at a time of exciting growth and change.
