Description
Description About Proesis: At Proesis Biologics, we’re building something different — a company grounded in bold authenticity, fierce donor advocacy, intense curiosity, and a desire to serve. We operate FDA-licensed plasma collection centers across the United States that support the creation of life-saving therapies. We’re growing steadily and intentionally, and we’re looking to add a dependable, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to our team in Meridian, Idaho. This is a part-time, entry-level, onsite role and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a foundation in HR within a regulated healthcare environment. The Role: The Part-Time HR Coordinator provides support to the Human Resources function by performing day-to-day administrative tasks in Paylocity and Nextep, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with HR projects in a plasma collection and manufacturing environment. The role focuses on data entry, record maintenance, and workflow coordination within HR systems, and is ideal for someone early in their HR career who values accuracy, confidentiality, and reliable follow-through. What You’ll Do: Enter, review, and update employee information in Paylocity and Nextep, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved HR changes and documentation. Assist with onboarding tasks, including creating new hire profiles, updating job and status changes, within HR systems under HR leadership guidance. Maintain organized digital HR files, scan and upload documents, and support personnel file audits and data clean-up projects to ensure compliance and readiness for internal or external reviews. Assist with benefits and payroll-related data entry, such as updating address changes, direct deposit information, and deduction changes after appropriate approvals. Help monitor HR inboxes or ticket queues, route routine questions to the appropriate HR contact, and prepare standard communications or templates for HR announcements. Generate basic reports from Paylocity and Nextep (e.g., employee lists, status reports, missing data) and help with data validation for HR projects and audits. Provide clerical support for HR projects, including tracking training completions, updating spreadsheets, preparing meeting materials, and supporting special initiatives or process improvements. Respond to routine employee inquiries (e.g., how to access the HR portal, paystub location, basic navigation questions) and escalate more complex matters to the HR Manager or Director. Perform general office and administrative tasks in support of the HR function, including scheduling meetings, organizing HR documents, and supporting ad hoc requests from HR leadership. Why Join Proesis: Competitive hourly pay aligned with the local market ($20 per hour, based on experience). Part-time, entry-level role with clear learning and growth opportunities in a regulated plasma and biologics environment. Stable, mission-driven organization supporting life-saving therapies and grounded in bold authenticity, donor advocacy, and service. Requirements Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, data entry) and ability to learn new accounting and AP software quickly. Ability to follow defined processes, handle confidential information, and work with established internal controls. Reliable, organized, and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently while meeting deadlines. Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with vendors, plasma center staff, and internal stakeholders. Preferred (Not Required): Coursework or degree in HR Management. Prior experience in an HR, or clerical role; internships or related office experience are acceptable for entry-level. Familiarity with HRIS software.
