We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) to join our team at Peak Resources Outer Banks. Excellent compensation and benefits! Typical Work Schedule is: Monday-Friday Role Responsibilities Human Resources is a vital role at our Peak facilities. The HR Coordinator performs various administrative services to support human resources functions within the facility, including recruiting, new employee onboarding and orientation, employee personnel and credential updates, offboarding, employee FMLA/LOA, as well as perform payroll processes and lead employee engagement activities. This position connects with the Corporate HR team to assist on various matters, such as unemployment and workers compensation claims. Requirements Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or equivalent preferred Excellent computer skills experience including internet navigation, Microsoft products.
