SUMMARY
This position provides a broad scope of services by efficiently and accurately answering HR questions to internal and external parties, processing a high volume of transactions, and resolving concerns or questions, which include but are not limited to our corporate records system, I-9, benefits and enrollment, unemployment claims, and payroll concerns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Resolve sensitive, confidential, and urgent issues within the confines of the law and the established policies and procedures of PetSmart. Processes a high volume of calls and emailsSupport additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience preferred. Prior experience in HR or a related field is strongly preferred.
