JOB DESCRIPTION
Q Care Assist is seeking a full-time experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Nottingham. This position will be responsible for the administration of the Human Resources Department, including the recruitment process, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. This position will also assist with the recruitment process for new hires.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR minimum 4 years’ experience
· Experience of working in employee relations to advise and guide managers on HR policies and procedures
· Demonstrate the expected qualities of a HR professional
EXPERIENCE:
· Human resources: 4 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
· CIPD Level 5 (required)
Human Resource Operations:
· Lead the HR support for formal ER meetings including attendance and sickness, performance, investigations and disciplinary matters, escalating to Head of Workforce and Development where appropriate.
· Provide advice and guidance on complex matters regarding staff pay, terms and conditions, recruitment procedures, and HR policies and procedures, escalating to Head of Workforce and Development where appropriate.
· Support the Head of Workforce and Development in policy development, the implementation of national HR initiatives and employment legislation.
· Line manages the HR processes as appropriate
· Oversee the general HR inbox and deal with escalated issues to resolve matters
· Diarise and attend monthly HR meetings with senior management team as required.
· Identify and take action to resolve issues and areas of concern, take preventative measures and promptly raise any areas of concern with the Registered manager or Director
· Pro-actively establish excellent working relationships with key individuals across the company. Maintain high focus on customer service through regular contact via e-mail, telephone and face-to-face.
· Attend relevant internal working groups and feeding back progress and updates to HR Team.
