The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition initiatives with a focus on early career programs, recruitment marketing, and recruiting operations. The HR Coordinator will assist with campus engagement, employer branding, and recruiting coordination while gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.   What You Will Be Doing Early Talent Programs * Assist in managing and expanding internship, co-op, and entry-level talent pipelines * Build and maintain relationships with technical schools, universities, and workforce development programs * Coordinate campus outreach activities, career fairs, and early talent recruiting events * Support the development and execution of structured internship and early career engagement strategies Talent Marketing & Employer Brand * Support development of recruitment marketing campaigns to attract high-volume and hard-to-fill roles * Assist with job posting optimization and social media promotion * Partner with internal teams to highlight company growth, culture, and career opportunities * Support content creation showcasing career paths, employee stories, and program highlights * Assist with internal and external communication strategies related to talent acquisition Recruitment Operations Support * Assist recruiters with candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and applicant flow management * Support sourcing efforts for high-volume roles * Maintain talent pipelines and support candidate engagement initiatives * Support the Director of Talent on tracking recruiting metrics and assisting with reporting needs * Provide support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team as needed Additional Duties As Assigned   Your Background   * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field   * Internship experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Marketing, or a related field * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Proficiency in Adobe * High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms * Experience coordinating events, student organizations, or campus initiatives * Exposure to social media, content creation, or employer branding * Interest in early career development and workforce pipeline programs * Strong attention to detail * Eagerness to learn and grow in HR * Customer-service mindset * Ability to collaborate across teams * Proactive and resourceful approach * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * U.S. citizenship required.   The Work Environment at Rhoads * The performance of this position involves exposure to construction or industrial areas where the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hard hats and hearing protection is required.   What Rhoads Can Offer You At Rhoads Industries, our team is the foundation of our success.
