POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Human Resources Co-Ordinator will be responsible for supporting the H.R. function. Key areas of focus will include but not be limited to, overall HR administration, benefit administration, HRIS management, and helping maintain HR processes and policies. The HR Co-Ordinator must be self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks confidentially, under a time sensitive delivery schedule, be detail oriented, client-oriented, and have proven communication and relationship management skills.
Provide guidance on employee queries in the shared HR Inbox, raising items to HRBP as applicable
Provide letters of employment, complete salary certificates and complete employee forms as requested
Co-ordination of payroll information (including sick leave/ unpaid leave, new starters, leavers, promotions, benefits).
Updating and maintenance of employee databases.
Process sensitive and confidential information in an accurate and timely manner.

Support the rollout of the annual appraisal processes.
Support the administration of bi-annual promotion cycles.
Create, prepare and update HR reports and metrics where required.
Engage in specific projects as required.
Support ongoing wellbeing initiatives.
Assisting with Employee On-boarding process which includes setting up of new hires in HR system including delivery of on-day induction as required.
Knowledge of Irish working VISA requirements and ensuring compliance of new hires.
Assisting the talent acquisition team with pre-employment testing and assessments, pre-screening checks, performing data entry to a candidate tracking system, background screening checks, draft contracts of employment and offer letters.
Coordination of offboarding/leaver process.
Adhoc work as required.
