JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring an experienced HR Coordinator to support and execute human resource programs and services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR operations and be capable of managing a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Human Resources
  • Education: Post Graduation / Graduation in HR or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee queries, and internal communication
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and performance management activities
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs
  • Prepare HR reports as required by management
