Role Overview

  • Location: Based in Jersey, working closely with the HR Manager in the Isle of Man and the Managing Director of the Channel Islands.
  • Scope: Support HR functions across the Channel Islands and the wider Group, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and fostering a productive working environment.
  • Key Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with Channel Islands employment laws, HR administration, employee relations and communication, recruitment and onboarding, employee development including monitoring employee development programs and policies.
  • Qualification & Skills: CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate is desirable however experience in a similar HR Coordinator position is also valued.
