Description An HR Coordinator handles a variety of tasks, including managing HR data integrity and information systems, supporting HR operations and assisting with team member inquiries and concerns. They are the bridge between team member and the HR department, handling all HRIS system matters, administrative duties, and ensuring compliance with HR practices and procedures. Essential Functions: Maintain team member HRIS files, assist with HRIS escalations and HR operation initiatives. This includes ensuring data accuracy, system security, analytics, functionality, and generating reports. Provide administrative support to the HR team. Create and implement new HRIS system workflows as needed to create optimized communications and data gathering. Create new user HRIS training sessions for effective utilization across the organization. Serve as the HR system liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders, addressing system-related issues and general inquiries. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly as needed. Research, develop, and implement system modifications following appropriate Change Control procedures including process documentation and testing. Ensure HRIS systems comply with applicable privacy regulations. Partner with HR Manager in projects related to their areas of responsibility. Assist with HR Team functions as needed. Serve as the HR Department’s primary point of contact for providing customer service to our team by responding to HRIS & associated system-related questions and escalating as needed. Will be involved in managing aspects related to vendor credentialing and navigating vendor relationships, especially concerning HR-related pre-onboarding services. Will centralize vendor information, including credentials and compliance records. The focus is on internal team member-related processes with vendors. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and recommend improvements to HRIS and associated systems processes. Serve as part of the Onboarding/Change/Offboarding team with documentation, technology research, application implementation and training. Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience with HRIS platforms, payroll software and general HR processes (Paylocity experience preferred). Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements. Skills Requirements: HRIS Proficiency: Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is crucial. Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Clear and concise communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and leaders. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues independently and collaboratively. Interpersonal Skills: Building relationships and maintaining a professional demeanor is crucial. Excellent Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent support to team members and leaders is essential. Proven ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate fashion. High level of proficiency in software and Microsoft Office applications. General understanding of database logic and associated transactional entries.
