THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a multi-talented professional with a knack for juggling diverse responsibilities? We’re looking for a HR Coordinator—a dynamic and versatile role that combines a variety of confidential, administrative, and clerical tasks to support the overall operations of the Human Resources Department.
This role ensures timely processing of regulatory requirements, maintains corporate records, and assists with general HR and Administrative duties. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in managing regulatory filings and documentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other government agencies. If you have strong organizational skills and experience in compliance and HR administration, we’d love to hear from you!

Working Hours: 3am - 12pm PHT (Schedule will vary on days where PH day-time is required for office visits)

Responsibilities
  • Maintain HR records within the HRIS, Payroll System and employee files.
  • Coordinate pre-employment documentation and new employee onboarding
  • Process compliance-related paperwork (UI claims, tax forms, benefits, and workers’ compensation).
  • Assist with benefits administration.
  • Maintain corporate records, including business permit renewals and updates required for adherence to corporate policies and regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies for filings, permits, and employee enrollment.
  • Manage government remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF/Pag-Ibig) and ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare required BIR and SEC compliance documents.Completes HR and Administration projects and other duties as assigned.
