We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our growing team in Manila! In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, contract administration, and maintenance of employee records. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely HR services while supporting a fast-paced, international gaming environment with a non-corporate culture. Responsibilities Provide end-to-end HR services, including preparation of employment contracts, amendments, certifications, and other employment- and compensation-related documents. Maintain and manage employee 201 files and HR records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Encode and update employee information in HR and payroll systems. Monitor and track working time, attendance, and leave records. Ensure validity and compliance of pre-employment and ongoing requirements such as medical examinations and mandatory trainings (e.g., health and safety). Coordinate closely with the Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing. Support HR compliance requirements and internal audits as needed. At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR operations or HR generalist role. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Experience handling different employment arrangements (regular, project-based, probationary, fixed-term, etc). Relevant experience in an international environment is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. HMO plus additional dependent upon regularization. Responsibilities
