Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We’re looking for a driven and detail-savvy HR Coordinator to help keep our HR operations running like clockwork. From supporting contract administration and managing employee records, to ensuring data integrity in Workday and assisting with queries and manager changes, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a smooth employee experience. Key accountabilities:

This role supports smooth and compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and efficient systems use.

  • Prepare, review, and manage employee contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support data integrity in HR systems, including regular audits
  • Assist employees and managers with Workday queries, manager changes, and employee lifecycle tasks (onboarding, status changes, exits)
  • Provide first-line HR support via the HR inbox and ServiceNow, escalating queries when needed

Who you are:

You’re a proactive and detail-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’re ready to make a real impact by keeping our HR processes running smoothly.

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, ideally in a university or academic setting
  • Strong HRIS knowledge, with Workday experience highly desirable
  • Confident communicator with great problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Skilled at handling sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy
