Company Description UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions. We are seeking an HR Coordinator with proven work experience in providing HR operations support on a day-to-day basis. It is a full-time position and will be working on a hybrid model, at least 3x a week in Pune office. Job Description Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities: a. Perform orientations, onboarding, and update Human resource system with new hires. b. Handle HR-related inquiries or requests and resolve members’ concerns, and respond to requests for help, certifications. c. Support the performance management processes for Unify Dots team members by tracking appraisals including sending the performance appraisal form and ensuring it is completed in a timely manner. d. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turn-over rates, etc.) in the HR System and ensure compliance requirements are met; e. Setup and organize team building events. f. Coordinate training sessions and seminars. g. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity including attrition data. h. Assist in preparing support letters, visa applications and collect documents required to file work permits and visas. i. Provide supporting documents and letter of support to third party PEOs we hire in var-ious countries to support our team member mobility. j. Track work anniversaries, team member’s birthdays and send anniversary & celebra-tory emails. k. Handle terminations and exit formalities. l. Audit team member equipment to ensure compliance of equipment with required software. m. Other related HR, administration immigration and visa management tasks as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related area Proficient with Office 365/ Microsoft 365. At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Experience working with an HR Software is an advantage Must have excellent communication skills in the English language. Should be based in Pune.
