FULL TIME

We are looking for a motivated and capable HR professional to join our team and take ownership of the HR function across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in HR who enjoys a varied and hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, and exit processes
  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Coordinate training, learning & development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies

About You

  • Previous experience in an HR role (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and UK employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proactive, approachable, and confident in managing day-to-day HR tasks
  • Enjoy working with people

Monday - Friday
8-5pm
(There is an option for flexible hours 25-30 hours a week if this will help. That can be spread over 3-5 days, We can potentially tailor hours to suit the right person and circumstances)
Pay is dependent on experience and can be discussed more on interview.
